First Choice Dental- Janesville

First of all, I HATE all things dentist. I have gone now for the 2nd time in over 10 years. From start to finish this staff is top notch. My dental anxiety is really high and I let the staff know going in. Both ladies at the front took it very seriously and made sure I had everything I needed to make it a great experience. Katie even came and personally broke down insurance (and continued to kindly explain when I was confused). Brittany is an angel on earth. She was my dental hygienist and made sure o was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She showed compassion and also really educated me on things in a clear way. Brandy was my next stop as I needed work done. She listened to my fears, gave reassurance and even held my hand during the needle. The dentist was also excellent. Dental work is always going to be dental work. It stinks. However, this is the first place where I have genuinely felt cared about as a person and not just a set of teeth. I also have learned about what is going on in my own mouth and the best care techniques because the whole team really took the time. This is the place to go if the dentist experience is an ounce scary to you. Sorry if I misspelled any names! You are all exceptional at your jobs.

Brittney, Justine and Dr Zabrowski were awesome. This was my first time with this dentist, so far everything was great. I recommend them to anyone having trouble finding a good dentist.

Today was my first visit to First Choice Dental! The building was immaculate, the hygienist as well as the Dentist’s service was friendly, & professional, & considerate of patients that don’t like pain! I would highly recommend First Choice Dental to anyone looking for a good experience & care for their clients wellbeing!

I had a great experience. I hated going to the dentist because of how uncomfortable and painful it could be but today they completely changed how I felt. The one time I felt a slight discomfort she did it manually and I really appreciated it.
