He is extremely knowledgeable and explained our options for this product and the process involved in ordering as well as the wait time. Brock and Chad performed the installation and I could see they are very experienced as they were extremely efficient. I also appreciated the transparency as they brought up a small defect in one of the blinds and quickly mobilized all the efforts to fix the problem. That's exactly the kind of service and reliability that one wants when investing so much money into something.
